This is a Memoirs of a Superfluous Man, sort-of-post. Remarks on events, opinions, readings, interpretations and perceived lies or distortions of truth, be it factual truth or philosphical truth. By the way, my bond with some Republicans or conservatives in my past derives from our mutual enjoyment of Albert Jay Nock's "Memoirs of a Superfluous Man" (1943).
